Terms & Conditions
Generally there is 14 day turnaround before your order ships. This is not a guaranteed date, but it is the usual standard. We try our best to get most orders shipped before this time, but we give this time-frame so you can know what to expect. If you have a strict deadline to meet, please contact us and we will try our best to help you out, if we can.
All orders are expected to be paid in full before we start any production on your order. Requiring payment in full is the only way we have been able to keep ourselves profitable in this business. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash or checks are not accepted.
There are no minimums if you are using the online design tool. If you are interested in a custom order that is not currently offered online, there is a 50 handle order minimum. Please contact us and we will do our best to make your tap handle a reality, if we have the capability to do so.
Normal turnaround is 14 days before your order ships. If you need your merchandise faster, we will do our best to make your deadline, but it is not guaranteed. If you want a guaranteed delivery sooner than the 14 days, a rush fee will be required.
Social Media, Templates and our Website
Sometimes we want to showcase the awesome designs that come through our doors. By using our site, you are granting us permission to use your designs and items produced including in the following ways:
As templates, which can be modified and purchased by other users
Used on our website and social media sites. Used in advertising, marketing and for promotional use.
Image Placement & Pixel Resolution
We do our best to place your design exactly where you placed it on your tap or faceplate, but there will always be variations in where the image is printed. In order to minimize pixilation in the printing process, use only images that are 300dpi or higher. We will not issue refunds on products that are pixilated due to a low resolution photo or graphic uploaded into the designer.
Colors & Matching
Every handle will have slight variations in color due to the wood grain and how much paint/stain the wood will accept. Do to the nature of printing and other variables, it is almost impossible to get an exact color match. Comparing a printed design and a design on a computer screen is almost impossible to get spot on. We do not issue refunds for colors unless it is way off.
We have the right to change our prices at any time. If you were quoted on a custom price, that price will be valid for 30 days from the day the quote was given.
We currently only ship within the United States. Our shipping is done through major carriers like FedEx, UPS and USPS. We are not responsible for weather delays, transportation problems, or anything else that could impede your package from arriving once it is in the delivery services hands.
Check Your Order Upon Arrival
Please check your order and notify us of any problems within 24 hours of delivery. We will not be responsible for error orders after 24 hours.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you may do so as long as the items have not yet been printed. Once an item goes to print, cancellations will not be accepted.
